About us

In 2007, under the leadership of Mrs. Hedi Mueller, a small group of people decided to help the children of the Gomel region of white Russia. For the previous 2 years, Mrs. Mueller personally provided such assistance in a more limited manner.

Since the founding of the organization “Future for Ritschow“ in 2007, we have helped in many areas thanks to the almost 70 members who have joined and many generous donors.

The annual recuperation of the Ritschow area children in non-radioactive contaminated areas is the most important action. To prepare a better future for these youth, a strategy is required. This overall concept foresees a good general education for the children so that they have the possibility to develop a viable livelihood.

The work of our organization is entirely voluntary i.e. NO ORGANIZATIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS!!! Even when this means a lot of work for our small circle of active members, the sparkling eyes of the children and the improved living standards of the Ritschow villagers give us great satisfaction and pleasure.
